"I had the wonderful honor and privilege of speaking with Neha who was quite helpful with my current situation. I unfortunately had to file an SR22 Insurance due to Oregon's laws which in an of itself is a daunting undertaking and when I had it setup Neha was very instrumental in lending her expertise. At that time I was in a better financial situation and was able to pay for the 6-month coverage.

Well now my financial situation has been disrupted and I have also become a full time caregiver. It is time to renew again for another 6-month and I can't afford to pay for another total 6-month coverage but can afford a month to month coverage. In order to do that another quote has to be rewritten with the same provisions. Neha was very patient with me, she was very professional and courteous and explained everything to me before taking any actions which made everything from start to finish a breeze. The whole situation minus a dropped call was a total breeze, I was able to get my new policy worked on, iD cards by email in real time, all documents signed, all of that in less than an hour and I know for sure that if it wasn't for Neha that experience would have gone tremendously wrong considering the hardship of caregiving, financial strain and just dealing with all that life has thrown on a person.

I would definitely and highly recommend Neha for all your insurance needs because she will never steer you wrong. You'll be a better person because of her with no doubt in my mind. Give her a raise she deserves it and she undoubtedly is an asset to your company."
